Terms & Agreements

MAD Soaps is a first come, first serve business.

Which means no service date is guaranteed until your deposit is made

 

Any given quote expires after 30 days.

A 50% deposit is required to be made within 48 hours of

signing this agreement to guarantee scheduled work. 

 

Once a deposit is received, if there is, for any reason, a cancellation,

the refund will be submitted with a subtraction of a $50.00 administration fee.

Deposits for materials are NON refundable

Cancellation requests must be made at minimum 1 week prior (7 days) to the scheduled date.

Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

 

Payments must be made in full within 48 hours of the completed agreed upon work.

Failure to do so will result in a 3% late fee PER DAY being applied.

 

Vehicle or Vessel must be picked up within 24 hours after notification of completion of agreed upon work.

Failure to do so will result in a fee of $100.00 PER DAY.

 

The Lien process will start on the 30th day after the invoice has been sent if

payment has not been received in full by then. 

 

Any and all complaints must be made via email to Detailing@madsoaps.com within 7 days of the completed work.

After 7 days, MAD Soaps is not held responsible for any issue(s).

If the customer contacts MAD Soaps with a complaint within those 7 days,

we will do what is necessary to fix the issue(s). 

 

Any issue(s) outside the agreed upon work is not the responsibility of MAD Soaps.

If for any reason an issue(s) outside the agreed upon work is our fault, the customer will be made aware immediately. MAD Soaps will take responsibility for the issue(s) and do what is necessary to correct the problem. 

 

The weather is unpredictable and causes problems in this type of business.

If for any reason there is inclement weather and the job can not be completed,

we will reschedule the job for the next available day(s).

 

MAD Soaps will always strive to finish the job by the given end date. However, just like the weather, the exact time frame can be slightly unpredictable. If more time is needed to complete the job, MAD Soaps will let the customer know right away. 

 

MAD Soaps will contact the customer at least 2 business days before the scheduled

job start date to confirm the location and date/time. 

 

MAD Soaps does offer mobile detailing services. However, there is a $75 travel charge per vehicle per day. To avoid any travel fees, customers are more than welcome to bring their vehicle or vessel to our shop. 

 

If water is not available at the location we are set to be at there will be a water charge

added to the final bill as well. The water charge is billed out at $75.00/per 125 gallon tank.

Final price will be determined by how many tanks are used.

 

If the boat is not at the location or as described (Ex: in water vs. on land) on the agreed upon start date, a fee of $100.00 will be added to the invoice. Customers must notify MAD Soaps by call or text (833) 623-7627 a full 24 hours or more prior to the start date so we can either reschedule or adjust the location if possible.

 

If for any reason a refund is granted we will issue said refund

within 3-5 business days via check in the mail. 

 

The customer gives MAD Soaps full permission to take pictures and videos

of our work for marketing purposes.

 

Once a customer removes their vehicle or vessel from MAD Soaps property

MAD Soaps is not responsible for any in transit damages.
